I am a big H3 fan. I was permanently banned to posting this despite a bunch of the comments agreeing. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.

"Giving the crew the opportunity to keep the money, made everything so awkward and I think ended up bumming everyone out. Especially when the realization sunk in that it's a working trip. Yikes. Is this a vacation or not?

Does the crew get additional paid time off or it this part of their normal vacation time? I would have felt super uncomfortable if my boss put me in this predicament. Also discussing the financials of a work trip with my boss, other than vaguely being aware to keep within budget, would suck.
