Stye? Pimple?

Dog went to the vet on Friday, zero issues. No "spot" above his eye. Saturday evening it began developing and it's gotten a little bigger and is a little more "3d".
He returns to the vet on Friday for microchip and neuter, so I will certainly have it checked. But wanted to see if anybody has experienced this with their frenchie?
