What is this phrase in each episode of "Histoires d'objet"? It sounds like "Billot [objet]!", but that makes no sense to me. (link to audio in text)

I'm listening to this as French practice because it's Canadian French that's clear & articulate while still being informal (formal French seems to be more grammatically complex, or at least more distant from English grammar). But there's this one bit they say every single episode and I just can't figure it out!

For example, it's at 2:54 in this mp3 - they say something like "Billot disque!"

So... what are they saying here? "Billot"? "Billons"? What does the phrase mean in this context?
