Best short, to the point, beginner grammar guide?

Post Body
I am looking for just a quick basic rundown of the most common grammar I am going to see. I believe I'll learn best by directly just reading more. I can read more advanced/intermediate guides later if I feel the need.
If anyone's done Japanese before, I'm looking for something like Tae Kim's grammar guide.
