What did you like and hate about working at TQL?

I'll be starting with TQL next month and I know they get a lot of hate. I am sure there are many people with positive stories working there as well. I would like to read on what any of you liked about TQL but I also want to hear the negatives as well. I am new to the world of logistics, but I have 5 years of sales experience and I know logistics keeps this country moving so I wanted to make the switch and become a freight broker. I do want you guys to be brutally honest about this one, is TQL worth it?

This has made me feel a litle better. I hate that i see negs as the only info and never really see any pros. As a30 year old who is starting a life and am in the interview process for relocation to the cinci area. I can understand people having a you arent home enough but if ive learned anything from sales and college is being any kind of broker makes you busy till you work hard enough to slow down. I always though the broker game from the outside has been inherently grindy and workky. I always figure in broker or sales its the same you gotta bust your ass to make your money. If you dont want to why work in an enviroment where thats the culture.
