What’s the worst box truck carrier experience you’ve ever had?

I’ll go first. Had a carrier partial a shipment they picked up for me 3 times. Was supposed to be dedicated and deliver Friday and ended up delivering today. Got them to admit it to me and admitted to lying to me. Totally worthless dispatcher and driver told me I shouldn’t be upset because the load was delivered and that was the main job, not to get it there on time.
