Venting a little bit. I understand some dispatchers don’t deserve a min of anyones time. But why shit on ALL dispatchers? Why are some brokers so strict about not working with a dispatch company? If a family owned/Operated company contacts you because you have a load that is going straight back to their home, would you not let them take it?

I own a small Hotshot/Expedited Trucking company, and I Dispatch for my uncles trucks and my cousins trucks as well. I am Extremely strict about never trans-loading any loads or booking a load under the MC whom is not going to take it. Ive got references from some of the leaders in LTL and expedited shipping in the country.

My cousin was in Minneapolis since Wed, on Fri morning a Broker posted a load and the notes read “ NO DISPATCH COMPANIES”

Being that we’ve been empty for days, I call the broker hear them out and then talk to them. As soon as he saw that my number (Personal Cell) wasn’t in FMCSA Automatically he went batshit. I was begging the dude to call the number on FMCSA So my cousin can confirm any questions he has, dude hung up on me and never answered again :/

Ended up Deadheading home empty from Minneapolis to Dallas 🤦🏽‍♂️

PLEASE DONT DISCRIMINATE on All dispatchers! Some are legit Americans citizens like you whom are trying to work.
