RXO 97% Automated?

I was listening to a podcast this morning that had Brad Jacobs as the guest and he was talking about how 97% of RXO's loads are created or covered automatically with no touch. Anyone here work for RXO? Is your technology really that good?

It's definitely not possible. The rates on their board are way below market value. If someone bids the average rate, it is marked "too high" and counter offers come in at below the marker average.
