Recently I had a injury that required surgery and will require several months of recovery. Ive been looking at brokerage for awhile but going full 1099 out of the gate worries me. I have experience as a 1099 but that's as driving truck where there was always guaranteed work.
I've been a owner operator, then moved in to operations management for a couple transportation companies and have done dispatching as well.
Brokerage has always interested me but I've never jumped in. Does anyone here offer any positions with a salary commission? I'm not looking for anything crazy, I just want to be able to buy groceries while I build a book lol. Thank you guys.
