About five years ago, I started a small video production company with the goal of moving into digital content that could be monetized. In the beginning I landed a few high-paying clients that subsidized everything else I was doing, but those client projects ended and for the last 10 months I've been trying everything I can think of to land new clients with little success.
-Networking
-Cold email
-Social media
-Upwork
In addition, I've been consuming every marketing book, blog and YouTube video I can on marketing, but it seems to make no difference. At this point, I'm out of ideas on how to land new clients and about ready to throw in the towel and get a day job....something I really don't want to do.
Anyone else have ideas on things I could try? Thanks.
