So I will give details and provide authenticities for my claims over dm only cause my time is crucial rn.

My job gave me yesterday off because they needed me to work today. I had an appointment today. Appointment today couldn’t be moved days because the appointments need to happen on certain days to get the desired effect. I did get the appointment pushed back from 12:15 to 1:0 pm with hopes that it would help keep them satisfied. Now they have asked me for a doctors note on the desk when clock in, but now the person I had an appointment with is past her business hours and hasn’t seen my messages or isn’t gonna respond till business hours open and I need it in my hands when i clock in a few hours before she opens. Can provide validity to the appointment, can provide all info you need to make it. And I do plan on letting her know I made my own note because of the importance of my job and the inconvenient time that they decided to ask me to provide proof.

Also I did try the excusemed.com route first but they are very wrapped in the “doctors” appointment part of it and technically this wasn’t a “doctors appointment”
