I'm a new academic chair at my chapter and need to keep track of how many hours people spend in the library. Any suggestion for what service to use?

My chapter requires study hall hours if your GPA is below a certain point. I know studying is NF but I need a way to track everyone's hours since I'm the new academic chair. Does anyone else do anything like this and what service do you use? We've used the Greek Study App in the past but have had a lot of problems. Any tips with this service or any other?
