Felt going into 2023 my pc was very strong, we hang out a lot, have future goals and we arent bummy. Well today, my pledge brother tells me that he’s thinking ab dropping.

Was a long conversation but First he brought up his discontent that he feels our dues aren’t being put to good use. Then he went on about how he feels disconnected from the brothers outside of his pledge class and that some of them arent his type. Lastly, he brought up how not everyone is pulling there weight on our pledge duties and are leaving them to the rest of the group. For context, one of our pc joined social comittee and is using that as excuse to never clean/drive this one guy who always comes to drive then will j randomly stop driving halfway thru.

This is what he brought up as troubling him. I can see why it would upset him but he could make more of an effort to know his brothers not in his pc. I tried to remind him about our goals and values, plus why we joined the brotherhood in the first place. His head just seems to not be in the right place and he mentioned some things ab transfering too idk, if my mans is j going through it. But i dont want my holmes to drop, we gon be down a phillies fan too. How would yall go about this.
