s5e4 - "The Kid"
Watching this episode really made me understand why I identify with Roz so much. I'm a 43 single male, but somehow I really understand her struggle. Her struggle to find real love while at the same time chasing empty lustful encounters. This episode also shows her in a most venerable state, and shows the real, deep, friendship between her and Frasier. His speech to her about becoming a parent is so accurate and really hits home.
I know it's just a TV show, but the way the writers developed Roz from a smart Alec side kick to a main character, to a defined character and integral part of the show is so perfect.
Full Disclosure: I think Perry is beyond beautiful, always have, and she's a wonderful actress!
