Bonjour j'aimerais savoir vous utilisez quoi comme outil d'impact play quand vous ne voulez pas que les enfants vous entendent ? J'ai deux outil fais avec des fils de chargeur de portable, ils sont très silencieux mais font tellement mal lol. J'aime la douleur mais au bout de 10-15 coups meme si ils ne sont pas très puissant je nensuis plus capable. Il y a la cane mmais ma femme n'aime pas trop l'utiliser. Vous avez quoi à me conseiller ? Merci
