How do I make a deck?

I'm in a bit of a weird bind.
The official deck builder is designed around having V2 I think. I have the original gold box and the new requiem expansion. I'd like to create a deck using a mix of the two, but the official ratio says I do not have enough wild cards and pills.
I also can't change the number of Rooms out of 0, so that's a bummer.
Any clue what I can do here?
