I'd like all rolls (or at least death saves) to be private GM rolls. Can anyone help?

My players and I usually play in person with physical dice but sometimes I roll damage or they roll death saves in Foundry and I'd like all these rolls to be private GM rolls.
Or at least the death saves.
I used to have a macro to make a private death save but it no longer works in V11...
