Where can I get gorgeous tokens of all the D&D creatures?

I like my games to be pretty. And my OCD likes all the tokens to have the same border. So is there a repository or mod or something where I can get tokens with fancy borders for all the D&D creatures? I reckon I can use them from Pathfinder too since so many of the creatures are the same...
