Before this episode, I believed that Sareth was only manipulating Dawn and I suspected that the nanites thingy she gave him was potentially nefarious. However ep8 has all but confirmed that she has real feelings for him (Rue: “You love him!” Sareth: “aNd yOu lOvE dUsK!”).

Now Sareth and Dawn are literally baby making but like… when Day comes back, surely the court doctors will notice she is already pregnant when they try to harvest her eggs?

Now, let’s say she convinces Day and the court to let them conceive naturally (the only way she can possibly mask an ongoing pregnancy). Let’s say she fools everybody and passes her pregnancy with Dawn’s baby as Day’s. Surely doctors 15.000 years into the future will be able to tell (exactly even) when a baby was conceived?
