Fs said “we” for the first time today

This is such a small thing but it made me so happy… FS (16) hasn’t been with us very long and up until today he would say “do you guys have any salsa” or “where do you guys keep XYZ?” (Not complaining about this at all, it is 100% acceptable) but for the first time today he said “Do we have any chips? We can have them on the side” (I was making us sandwiches for lunch) And it just made me so happy that he is feeling more comfortable with us and knows that what we have is his too and he can ask for what he wants.
