My foster dog (2y/o female spayed, 36lbs) has been with us since e afternoon (3 days). She ate good on the first night but after that she has only been eating a few bites to 1/2 her portion (I was doing 3/4 cup dry with a spoonful or 2 of wet food). I even shrunk her serving down to 1/3cup dry with a spoon of wet and she still is only eating half.

The rescue said they free fed so Im assuming between the stress and the lack of feeding schedule that she just isn't used to the routine and once she is acclimated and less stressed she will be better. But im worried.

Right now im leaving her food down for 30-45 minutes and feeding her in her crate, after that I pick her food up and give it to her later. Thoughts?
