I unlocked the Halo Theme as a Horn in the Wheel-but I go to my horns and it’s still locked what gives?

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue? I straight watched as the wheel spun and gave me the legendary horn from Halo-so I go to my horns to equip it and it’s still locked? Is there something I’m missing here-a way to redeem horns or did the game simply not register that I unlocked it when I should have?
