Have some of this Series' Weekly Challenges been bugged?

I've tried to do the Mercedes Unimog weekly challenge for last week as well as this week's Buick Regal GNX challenge and they don't activate for me. I own and drive the cars, but the chapter progress doesn't pop up or anything. I've done several game restarts and I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?
