Question about Premium Add-ons Bundle...

I bought the base game of FH5 at launch for $59.99 USD. Upon spending close to 100 hours playing and hearing about the new expansion, I wanted to purchase the DLC. It seems my only option is to pay $47.66 to buy the Premium Add-Ons Bundle which brings my grand total to over $107, more than the premium edition when it is not on sale. However, the premium edition IS on sale for $79.99 USD. Am I missing something or am I screwed with these prices? Why haven't I seen more people talking about this?
