What are your brightness/contrast settings?

Hi, what are your settings under graphics for brightness and contrast. I have had the hardest time seeing people, especially when the blue hew comes randomly. Does color blind mode help?
For reference I have a gaming monitor 120 FPS. It has all kind of settings I can’t figure out. It’s an Asus VG279Q3A if anyone has an Asus PLEASE let me know what settings you have!
