A way to get more people to play Creative: The Creative Play Pass
Post Body

We need a Creative Pass, nothing gets people playing creative more than free stuff.

It would be similar to the battle pass, but it's free. It would only be 30 - 60 tiers, and there would be a couple of "empty tiers" that give XP for the normal battle pass. It comes with a couple of emotes, sprays, and emoticons, music, wraps (maybe), and maybe 200 bucks scattered in amounts of 50. No skins. The reason you would get sprays is that you can actually use them on creative maps, hopefully we can use emoticons and music in the future.

You would level up like the old battle pass system: Creative punch cards. It would have weekly challenges that give creative punches. Finish a featured map, get 5 creative playtime awards, play out a full match in a matchmaking portal, play a new featured PVP map, play a new featured prop-hunt map, play an island with another player.

'New' means a map you haven't played before, it checks this by using the same coding for your recent islands.

There would also be a unique challenge each week with a recommended island code (teaches people how to use codes); Eliminate Ice fiends, collect egg collectibles, change 20 color tiles to your team, etc.

Creative playtime rewards would still give XP for the normal battle pass.

Having free items and challenges that require people to explore new islands would be the perfect way to get more people playing creative matchmaking and showcasing more maps.

I know that this would take a lot of coding to implement, mainly to prevent people from cheesing the challenges (maybe the challenges requiring certain map types to be played would look at the tags?) and would require more work from the cosmetic creation team. But if this were created I think it would help creative out a lot.

Any ideas to help add on to this would be great, and if you have any questions or want me to explain something better, please reply and ask me!
