I am trying to apply for the island creator program, but there is no 'Apply now' button, instead there is a 'Learn more' button, which suggests that I am not yet eligible. I created my epic games account in 2018, and I have been editing my maps for over a week, so I meet the 'account older than 30 days and editing maps for over 7 days' criteria. I just turned 18, however back when I created my account I'm pretty sure my mum made me enter a false birthdate because she didn't want me to give away my real data. It is likely that the false birthdate I set was younger than my real birthdate, which would make the account set to under 18.

I have tried contacting epic games support but I have not yet received a response.

Is there any way for me to check my birthdate to see if that is the issue for why I cannot apply?

Or any way to see if it is a different issue that is preventing me from applying?
