Realistically, is there anything that can be done about how much ping plays into shots piercing walls damn near?

As a 60 ping player in champs who gets top 10s in solo pretty consistently, It just hurts my soul every time someone starts spraying my walls down and dinks me down in the process because my turbo build is essentially too slow. I just wanted to get a better understanding on if there’s anything to be done other than moving to Pennsylvania or wherever these 0 ping freaks are.

Edit; would Epic ever even consider a NA-Central server?
