Is it better to try to avoid a speeding ticket and go speed limit, or go with the flow of traffic and risk getting a ticket?

Post Body

Newish driver to the area here. I’m commuting from South Fort Worth to Grand Prairie. In your opinion, is it safer to drive the speed limit on the freeways around here, or risk getting a ticket and going with the flow (typically 75-80 or above in my experience). Are cops around here typically strict about speeders going 10-15 over? I’m struggling with how to approach the people in the right two lanes that want to go 5 to 10 under the speed limit and the people who like to go 10 to 20 over the speed limit in the left two lanes…
