Blown in attic insulation?

Curious if anyone has had their attic insulation refreshed/replaced. My attic insulation is virtually non existent and what little I see is so flattened it's probably not effective.
Curious who you used and how much it cost?
Our house gets freezing cold quickly in winter and our AC can't keep up in summer. Wondering how fast I'll break even with heating/cooling bills
