Xbox bug not saving settings and make you watch intro when relaunching the game

Reporting a bug on Xbox series s and x. When opening the game it’s making me watch the intros and it’s not saving my audio or visual settings in fortnite after closing and reopening the game. Also the lobby background is just plain blue. Everytime you close and reopen the game it makes you watch intro and settings are gone. Already contacted epic and they told me to post it here.
