I Have A Grapical Glitch On Fortnite.

Basically I have a glitch where when I turn side to side there’s like static stuff or a blur for a second only happens when I turn left to right this happens. It happens more and is worse when I’m in side a building in game. My laptop has the GTX 1650 And 8GB Ram with an 120 hz screen although I just play on sixty fps. Can anyone help please?
