I've noticed that anytime I mention Fortnite in basically any discussion among other gamers, I always hear that the game is garbage or trash or some other variation of the game just not being good. But when I ask whoever I'm talking to why they think it's bad they usually use arguments like "The graphics are bad" or "It's not competitive" or "Fortnite is for Zoomers/kids" which is all arguments that I think have major flaws. And this bother me cause even though I personally don't like the game, I can still see that it is extremely well made and deserves all the success it has achieved. It basically has no bugs, has a very high skill ceiling and implemented a very nice new mechanic that puts a completely new and interesting spin on shooting games (the build mechanic for those wondering).
Honestly I think Fornite just gets too much undeserved hate because it's super popular and people just seem to enjoy to shit on popular things. And yeah, Fortnite obviously doesn't need me to defend it, but I just don't like bad arguments or bandwagoners in general.
