What if this is the same island as chapter 1 but way back. The doomsday device harness the power of the storm or maybe it’s a shield of sorts, but what if it malfunctions and turns it into the the orb we see later on chapter one, what if Kevin formed because dark energy from the storm is being pulled to the island by the doomsday device still buried and harnessing even after all that time, and thats Tempest suit on Midas office, or it will become tempest after the event or in a chain of events that will lead us back to a similar island as before. Maybe the device malfunctioning is why the agency is leveled. Well it was fun writing this in my poopoo break.
