Fortnite not rendering

Hey guys
Whenever i try to enter the game the game looks so blurry and buggy not rendering at all even tho i got a monster of a pc.
Had fortnite before and never had this problem but ever since chapter 2 it seems the game just doesn't like me
Also my sound lags terribly and i really dont understand since my pc runs any other game on ultra 60 fps min
