Fortnite taking over 100gb space on hard drive?

I went to look at all of my files on my computer and I am seeing that fortnite is taking up over 100gb on my PC. There is a folder for fortnite and there is also a folder for epic games store that is about 57gb.. is this really all needed or is there shit that I can delete? I have only a 512gb ssd so it takes up a lot of space.
