Launcher will not fully download

I am not sure if this is a current bug with the launcher or not. It is not my internet connection as I tried downloading other games just to see and it is just fine. But I am getting more than halfway through to updating the current game and it all of a sudden stops and it will not download anymore. It just just stuck at 00.00b/s. Is anyone else having this issue?
