PS4 is very blocky and the new structures are not rendering

Season 9 has been great so far but apart from the fact I can't drop neo tilted or mega mall because it doesn't render and I just bounce up and down and just see it extremely block, also the slipstream stations and occasionally the actual slipstream circle things are very blocky. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.
