RPG and late game

How do I survive or in many cases attempt to win the game if the last dude is on high ground and is rpg spamming I tried retaking high ground but just take huge amounts of fall damage would love to know how you guys get around this as last 10 games have been lost to rpg spam with no breaking to heal or try to get away
