Skin based wraps

I know there are a lot of wrap posts on here and i saw a post that said wraps should change with what skin you wear.
I think that starting soon, when you buy skins in the item shop, it comes with a wrap, no extra v-bucks. The ravage skin came with a contrail, so skins should come with wraps that are similar to the skin. When you buy ravage it has a contrail, so it should also have wraps that come with the skin you purchase.
