Is there a way we can keep from getting kicked when our internet drops?

Idk how internet and servers work. I'm just asking because I'm sick of being in like top 10. Then I have an internet hiccup and it knocks me out. Can we at least just have the player get knocked? So their teammate can build around them and have them reconnect?
