Need Help Contacting Epic Support

I have tried getting in touch with Support for more than two weeks now. I have tried replying in existing email threads, submitting new requests, and spamming Twitter, but still no response. I don't know where else to go. I'm hoping for the slight chance that someone at Epic will see this and actually get someone to get back to me and help my situation.
