Why can’t I see some of the Last Resort shop sections on console?

Is there a reason why half of the Last Resort skins don’t appear in my shop? I checked online and noticed many of the rows of skins should be there but only like 2-3 rows of them exist for me. The other sections (like Marvel and the daily/featured ones) are usually there without issues but the only problem I see is that the Last Resort section has some missing ones that are confusing me.
Does anyone know if this is just a console thing or does it happen to anyone else?
