Crew v bucks not redeeming

So I stopped playing a little over a year ago and redownloaded the game yesterday. When I logged in, I found out that I still was subscribed to the crew. It says that I had got 14,000 v bucks but they haven’t shown up in my account yet. Does anyone know when I’d be able to see those in my account?
