Me and my roomate have a nice 2 bedroom/2 bath and loft house till August. The loft is available for rent. The rent and utilities come out to be around 400 bucks total. We are both easy going 20 year old male FGCU students. You don't have to be a student but we prefer someone around the same age as us(18-25) Preferably someone with a good head on their shoulders. Male or female, doesn't matter to us. We are 4/20 friendly. Just shoot me a message if interested! Edit: Forgot to add that this months rent and utilities are already paid for!
