Gulf Coast Town Center New Apartments

What could be the downsides of living at the new apartments in Gulf Coast Town Center, given how incredibly close they are to everything?
With restaurants, shops, entertainment, and even the airport and highway all just steps or minutes away, it seems like the ultimate convenience. These apartments are set to open in February, and we are debating on submitting an application
Does anyone see any downsides? I know it's a wood build so that will come with it's own set of issues
