Called their customer service agent said unplug and replug in Iām looking at your network. Okay then you can see I havenāt had WiFi for more than 20 minutes for the last week, Iād like a refund for services not rendered. Oh sir I canāt do that only from onset of this call and issues. Okay send me a new modem, this is 5 years old doesnāt work. Your not on list for new modem, didnāt even try to upsell me . Basically went oh your WiFi is there and before call ended it was gone, asked about modem again or other options. They basically hung up on me!!! WTF. Anyone know of a good modem to buy from Amazon so I donāt have to pay them ārentā for a newer model or even in general? Need help about to land in Xfinityās lap(Arse). Might get kicked out totally I go H.A.M. Like Iād like to. Shit been going on for 2 months they donāt respond or answer half the time now. Why????
I have Xfinity, but I OWN ALL MY EQUIPMENT (modem and router).
Cheaper in the long run than renting that stuff from them. Also, you have more control and reliability over that equipment and aren't completely at the mercy of Comcast .
