A tram ticket found in a book published during WW2
Post Body

I found this tram ticket (Melbourne & Metropolitan Tramways Board) in a copy of The Ship by CS Forester, published in 1943. A notice inside the cover says that the book meets the "Book Production War Economy Standard".

The ticket can't be any more recent than 1966 as that year Australia changed its currency to the Australian dollar and retired the Australian pound, and may date back to the war.

Bushells is an Australian company that sells tea and coffee.
