So I blew up another relationship that was just starting. It was just friends but my anxiety raised its ugly head and took over. This has happened a number of times and I am trying to find out what is triggering it. I am on medication. It doesnโt happen all the time but if I could figure what is triggering it I could maybe talk myself down or something. I will admit when it happened on Friday the dude I was talking to had so many red flags you could make a cape out of them. So any ideas would be welcome. And it this happens/happened to you how do you deal/dealt with it? What triggered it?
