Hey all, my name is Alex!

I'm a Mechanical Engineering Major from South Dakota. I'm a pretty calm guy, and can be described as introverted.

I have a cat named Robin and he's a conniving little guy. He's got stubby little legs and I can send pictures.

I am looking for a long term relationship, so anyone looking for something short term or one night stands or the like, this isn't for you. I want the kind of thing where we don't even necessarily have to be doing anything, but being with each other makes us both happy. I want to put my cards on the table here. When I date, I date for marriage. I date to look for that special someone to give myself to completely. If that sounds like the kind of thing you are looking for as well, then please, read on!

I keep finding people on here who I seem to click with, we have great convos, then just ghost me. Please don't do that. If you don't want to talk after a bit, just tell me.

So here's some of my interests

-reading, with action/adventure fiction being my main book choice. A couple of my favorite series are Percy Jackson and Alex Rider.

-I love astronomy, and really anything space related. Even just looking out at the stars. I also love watching SpaceX test launches.

-General nerdy pursuits, like games (PS5, Switch, and PC if you're interested), comics, computers, DND, and movies. I've got a heck of a lot of memes to share if you're into that.

-Cars in general. BMWs are my favorite

-my favorite shows include Top Gear, The Grand Tour, Parks and Rec, King of the Hill and AtLA

-favorite movies include Scott Pilgrim vs the World, Marvel movies, and Star Wars.

-I don't watch a ton of anime, but I really like Jojo and MHA.

-I watch some football and am a Minnesota Vikings fan. SKOL!

Fun Fact: I am a world record speedrunner for the game Ooga Booga for Sega Dreamcast (My speedrunner name is Expand_Dimmadome)

My Physical traits:

-I'm 5'8", white, blue eyes, brown hair. I wear glasses, and have some facial hair.

-I'm somewhere between skinny and average build

-I'm down to swap pics once we talk a bit

Preferences (not deal-breakers):

-please be above 20 but not over 25. If you're just outside of that range is not a huge deal.

-Christian (I'm catholic)

-politically conservative

Deal breakers:

-please be drug free

- I can't really be around smokers because it makes my asthma flare up
